IBM Singapore
IBM was looking for a way to share the story of transitioning their company to an agile way of work across 170 different countries. They needed a short film that could be used to encourage and motivate employees to appreciate and articulate this new season at IBM. They also wanted the piece to be used externally as a way to gently challenge the skeptics who only see IBM as a large, classic institution which couldn’t possibly adopt a startup mindset.
The result was a moving and dramatic film that featured Marcel Greutmann, the global general manager of agile at IBM. I conceptualized, wrote, directed, and co-edited the film — which was shot on location in Singapore.
